Two Year Vouchers

So you have your client lists, but when and how should you market to them again? You don’t want to bombard them with offers so we created a structure to make sure we get repeat business in the door. We have a system in place that ensures a voucher gets sent to a previous client every two years as a VIP opportunity to update their family photos. Then if they’ve had another child or not, it still gives them a chance to come in. We do filter these lists though – if a client was difficult or only spent their voucher, we may remove them from the list.
