We wanted a way to promote our business to all guests at every wedding, so we developed what we call our web registration system. Essentially we get all the guests from a wedding to pre-register to see the couple’s wedding photos. If they register before the wedding day, they will not only be notified when the images go live, but they’ll also receive a portrait gift voucher. Simple! After booking a wedding, we add the couple’s names to our system, email the couple the link to their personal registration page, who then can forward to link to anyone they wish to fill out a few registration steps which lets us send them a voucher. As an incentive, we also offer the couple a free 6×4 image for every registration they receive before the wedding. Win, win!
