There are many out there designed for photographers, but after many years and hours of research we use Daylite for Mac. It runs our database and diary, but our accounts go through Quick-books. We love Daylite for many reasons, the calendar and contact lists are easy to use, we can run task-lists and reminders, run reports, merge data easily into letters and so on. Plus, you can just buy it off the shelf!
