Setting Appointment Times October 1, 2013 Julian Uncategorized When you make an appointment with you doctor, usually you’ll get an unusual time like 1.50 or 2.10. You expect this because your doctor is busy and their time is valuable. Well, so is ours – and we want clients to respect that too! At my studios, we run appointments at 9.15, 12.15 and 3.15 – always quarter past, never on the hour. When we used to book clients at 7pm, somehow that meant “Anywhere around 7pm is fine!” and clients were constantly late. Now, almost all our clients arrive on time, if not early, because they respect our time. Do you have problems with clients being tardy for appointments?
